Makini's Kitchen is an industrial building renovated into a large commercial kitchen. Designed for Makini Howell, renowned Seattle vegetarian chef & entrepreneur, the facility produces flavored tofu & seitan for commercial & wholesale distribution. Tofu production, packaging, storage & offices are spread over 15,000 SF, & are located in the heart of the Georgetown neighborhood.
