The Old Olympia Brewery Tower is located at the foot of Tumwater Falls on the Deschutes River in Tumwater, Washington. The Olympia Brewing Company constructed the masonry tower in 1905 and brewed beer there using the gravity flow process until 1916, when Washington State enacted prohibition. Cardinal Architecture is leading the restoration of this important piece of Tumwater history.
