EM Wolfe Construction, a local developer with deep neighborhood roots, built two new homes in Seattle’s Rainier Beach neighborhood. Cardinal designed these homes for families, with modern, open floor plans in traditional exteriors to complement the established neighborhood. The homes take advantage of Lake Washington views from large, covered front porches & upper-level bedroom balconies.
