This Capitol Hill Detached Accessory Dwelling Unit (DADU) & Garage project replaced an existing garage. Cardinal designed the new structure to complement the existing house, & deliver a full residential experience in a small footprint. Highlights include vaulted ceilings & dormers, custom casework, & large windows.
